HK Track & Field disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to, implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
HK Track & Field does not ensure or pledge any outcomes resulting from the use of this platform. HK Track & Field does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the platform or server will not be attacked by viruses or undergo any damage. HK Track & Field does not make any warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, etc. of the use of platform materials and content. Login policy:

Orders and purchases:

HK Track & Field also reserves the right to prevent specific addresses or IP addresses from accessing the platform. You agree that even if your User-Generated Content is deleted or your account is terminated, some of your User-Generated Content, such as that you store outside of your profile, in activity information, or in other parts of the Platform, Or user-generated content on other platforms, may still be available.
Relevance and sensitivity of discussion:
Only provide comments and questions that are pertinent and productive to the subject matter. Except when necessary for the operation of this platform, refrain from discussing politics, upcoming products, conjecture, or hearsay related to HK Track & Field and its products, or any unrelated subjects.
Responsibility:
Remember that you are accountable for the content you create, your engagements with other users, and your behavior on the platform. Please refrain from taking any action or sharing any content that could potentially cause harm or legal responsibility for HK Track & Field or its users.

Refrain from sharing images or videos of other individuals without their consent. Do not engage in "stalking," intimidation, abuse, harm, or harassment of other platform users or individuals.
Other cases:
You agree that the laws of Hong Kong will apply to the Platform, these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any dispute between you and HK Track & Field ("Disputes"), except for its conflicts of laws. Unless prohibited, you agree that all disputes, claims, and proceedings arising directly or indirectly from this Platform (including the purchase of HK Track & Field products)
will be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action. All disputes shall be submitted to a competent court in Hong Kong for resolution in accordance with Hong Kong law. You agree to waive all rights to assert any defense of “Forum non conveniens" before a competent court in Hong Kong. By using this Platform, you agree to receive certain electronic communications from HK Track & Field. User Interaction Disclaimer and final rights:
You are fully accountable for your interactions with others, whether in person or online. HK Track & Field is not liable for any losses resulting from your interactions with other platform users, individuals you encounter through the platform, or individuals who find you through information you post on the platform.
