HK Track & Field reserves the right to determine if user-generated content or website links are culturally or religiously offensive, could cause harm or endanger the safety of others, or are otherwise objectionable and violate the prohibited content guidelines. Refrain from sharing images or videos of other individuals without their consent. Do not engage in "stalking," intimidation, abuse, harm, or harassment of other platform users or individuals.

Other cases:

You agree that the laws of Hong Kong will apply to the Platform, these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any dispute between you and HK Track & Field ("Disputes"), except for its conflicts of laws. Unless prohibited, you agree that all disputes, claims, and proceedings arising directly or indirectly from this Platform (including the purchase of HK Track & Field products)

will be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action. All disputes shall be submitted to a competent court in Hong Kong for resolution in accordance with Hong Kong law. You agree to waive all rights to assert any defense of “Forum non conveniens" before a competent court in Hong Kong. By using this Platform, you agree to receive certain electronic communications from HK Track & Field. You agree that any electronic notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications sent by HK Track & Field satisfy legal communication requirements, including that such communications shall be in writing. HK Track & Field's failure to strictly enforce any provision of these Terms of Use will not be deemed a waiver of such provision or right. Neither the conduct of the parties nor trade practice shall modify these Terms of Use. HK Track & Field may assign any rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to any third party at any time without prior notice.

Non-commercial utilization of the platform and account rules:

When posting user-generated content, users must ensure that they own or control all rights to the content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. Users should also refrain from posting any content that violates the law or promotes illegal activities. HK Track & Field has the right to pre-screen user-generated content but does not guarantee that the platform will be free from inappropriate content.

User Interaction Disclaimer and final rights:

You are fully accountable for your interactions with others, whether in person or online. HK Track & Field is not liable for any losses resulting from your interactions with other platform users, individuals you encounter through the platform, or individuals who find you through information you post on the platform. You pledge to take necessary precautions when interacting with other users on the Platform and to conduct essential investigations before engaging with others. HK Track & Field is not obligated to mediate in any user dispute, but may choose to do so at its sole discretion. Final rights:
