Return policy

1. Items can be returned and exchanged for another product of the same value within 7 days of the order date. No refunds will be processed after purchase, unless the item is out of stock or unavailable. All payments under this Agreement will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable.

2. When items are exchanged they must be returned in original packaging, with no damages and there can be no factors that will affect the resale of said item(s).

This criteria includes:

Unused and unwashed items
Box and accessories such as spikes and shoe bag are in brand new condition
Complete item undamaged and in a condition deemed appropriate for resale

3. The exchange of items will only be allowed once and any fees incurred such as taxes and shipping fees will not be refunded.

4. Incurred fees

All forms of tax, such as payment fees, shipping fees, handling fees, are the responsibility of the customer to pay. In the event of the refusal of such fees, HK Track and field reserves the right to cancel the order with no compensation.

5. HK Track and Field reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any business related disputes.
